Kahoot

This is my favourite classroom tool at the moment. Create and play quizzes, surveys and discussions using any device with a web browser. You can make your own, use the public kahoots created by other teachers or find out what your students really know by getting them to create their own Kahoot.

Need a tutorial or starting point on something to do with education and iPads? This app by Adam Foster is a must have. It costs about $4 and has over 500 ideas for iPad classroom use and over 200 video tutorials. New content is added every month.

Adobe Voice App

While browsing Twitter I came across this fantastic explanation of the Adobe Voice app and how it could be used in the classroom. the explanation is by Kev Cummins from edgalaxy.com who uses Adobe Voice as a strategy to engage reluctant writers.
